In general, grant writing services will be charged at a rate of $40 per hour.  At times, additional services by outside professionals will be procured at market cost and re-billed with commission subject to prior approval.  This may include services of other grant writers or financial professionals.  Sedrat Arts does not guarantee outcomes or results in any fashion.  

Fundraising:

In general, fundraising activities including direct solicitation, event management, planning, implementation, meetings, and production will be charged at $40 per hour.  Flat rates will be negotiated for larger projects on a time projected basis.  Rates will be subject to review if project parameters are adjusted after initial agreement.  

Administration, Procurement & Bookkeeping:

General administration including filings, renewals, research and bookkeeping will be charged at a rate of $25 per hour.  Prior approval for flat rates will be secured for any extensive research, fulfillment, or procurement activities.  

Web and Graphic Design:

Web and graphic design services are charged at a rate of $25 per hour for general projects, administration, procurement, and fulfillment. O ne time outside services procured on request will be re-billed at a rate of 15% mark up. Extensive design or re-design projects will be negotiated on a project/time projected basis.  

General Fees:

Color Printing                        $1 per page

Color Photo copying $2 per page

B/W Printing                          $.50 per page

B/W Photo copying               $.15 per page  

Goods or services under $100 purchased or procured on the behalf of clients are generally billed at 15% mark up.  Exceptions will be requested prior to purchase and billing.  All resale/non-profit tax exemptions are passed through to client provided it is legal and appropriate to do so.  

Schedule of fees for funds and donations procured:

In general, Sedrat Arts will retain 20% of funds secured for outside parties whether through sponsorship or commission of Sedrat Arts as a fundraising or sponsorship entity.  For in-kind donations directly secured by Sedrat Arts, a donation to Sedrat Arts of 10% of the market value of goods or services acquired and realized will be expected and requested.  This policy excludes monetary grants realized through Sedrat Arts grant writing services.
